Northside Office Park is a multi-level commercial complex developed for a corporate client in Melbourne's growing northern corridor. The development comprises modern open-plan office floors, ground-level retail tenancies, and shared amenity spaces designed to support a dynamic mix of businesses.
Scope & Execution
How We Delivered It
Borcelle Builders was engaged as the principal contractor for the full construction of the complex. Our scope covered structural steel and concrete framework, facade installation, mechanical and electrical fitout, internal partitioning, and all common area finishes. The project was delivered across an 18-month programme, coordinating over 12 subcontractors simultaneously while maintaining strict quality and safety standards on site.
