Designed for a young family, the home prioritises open-plan living, natural light, and energy-efficient construction — delivering a modern lifestyle home that is as practical as it is beautiful.
Scope & Execution
How We Delivered It
Borcelle Builders handled all stages of construction from site preparation and foundations through to final landscaping and handover. Key features of the build include a custom open-plan kitchen and living area, a rooftop terrace, double garage, and a fully automated home management system. Premium materials were selected throughout, and the project was completed in 11 months — two weeks ahead of the contracted schedule.
