Our Policies
Please read the following policies carefully before engaging our services.
1. Services & Scope
Studio Haven Interiors provides interior design consultation and creative direction services across residential and commercial projects. All services are outlined clearly in a written proposal prior to commencement. The scope of work is agreed upon by both parties before any design work begins.
Any changes to the agreed scope during a project will be discussed and confirmed in writing before proceeding. Additional charges may apply for work outside the original scope.
2. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is provided in Australian Dollars (AUD) and outlined in a formal proposal. Indicative costs are subject to change based on final project scope, supplier availability, and site conditions.

A deposit is required prior to commencement of any design work.

Progress payments are invoiced at agreed milestones throughout the project.

Final payment is due upon project completion prior to final delivery.

Late payments may incur a fee as outlined in your service agreement.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
If a client wishes to cancel a project after commencement, written notice must be provided. The following conditions apply:

Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.

Any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at the agreed hourly or project rate.

Refunds for unused services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Project Timelines
All timelines provided are indicative and may vary depending on supplier lead times, trade availability, client approval turnaround, and unforeseen site conditions. Studio Haven Interiors will communicate any delays as soon as they are identified and work to minimise disruption to the agreed schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, moodboards, and documentation created by Studio Haven Interiors remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, the client is granted full rights to use the delivered designs for the agreed project only.
6. Privacy Policy
We respect the privacy of our clients. Any personal information collected through our enquiry forms or service agreements is used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and communicating with you about your project. We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
